Sarah graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2015.

 

Before joining the Will & Way team, Sarah worked in the public sector in both Geelong and Tasmania, gaining a broad range of experience across several different practice areas. She is passionate about working with people with cognitive impairments and has completed further training in this area. Sarah also has a strong interest in clinical supervision and service innovation and development.

 

Sarah enjoys getting to know her clients so she can tailor her interventions to their individual preferences and learning styles. Her diligent, thoughtful, and strengths-based approach is valued by her team and clients, along with her calm and collaborative perspective in complex situations.

 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking and exploring local beaches. She is also an excellent cook and always attracts a lot of interest when she walks into the Will & Way office carrying a Tupperware container!
