Sam Cooper

Sam graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) in 2016. He has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Xero.

Sam oversees day-to-day operations and overall business development and direction. Having worked in both small and large organisations, Sam firmly believes that small businesses do not have to operate like small businesses. Transitioning to Will & Way from the construction industry, Sam leverages his project management skills daily to ensure the Will & Way team is happy, well-resourced, and able to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.

Sam possesses extensive knowledge of Building Regulations and Australian Standards, along with strong skills in design and technical drafting. He also has a keen interest in accessible design and is well-connected within the building and construction industry. Sam’s expertise is enormously beneficial to the Will & Way team, ensuring exceptional service for clients with home modification needs and goals.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and two energetic dogs. He also enjoys completing home renovations, jamming on his guitar, and trekking up to Numurkah to visit his family.
