Before joining the Will & Way team, Ella worked in various practice settings within the public healthcare sector in East Melbourne. These opportunities allowed her to gain a broad range of experience supporting adults and older adults across the full continuum of care. Ella has strong skills in collaborative goal setting, prescribing equipment and home modifications, providing group therapy, and supporting people in building life skills.
Â
Ella enjoys listening to people’s stories and discovering what is unique and important to them. She is particularly passionate about supporting people to engage in activities that bring more zest to life, such as spending time in nature, embarking on adventures, exploring passions, and building positive relationships. Ella brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and kindness to her work and always strives to ensure her clients feel heard and empowered.
Â
Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time at the beach, teaching her dog to stand-up paddleboard, and trying to spot breaching whales. She also loves to travel and never misses an opportunity for a camping trip. Recently, Ella started taking both wheel and hand pottery classes as a creative outlet.
