Elise
Occupational Therapist
Elise graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement from Victoria University, completed in 2011, along with Level Four Certificates in Sport Development and Sport and Recreation.
Â
Before joining the Will & Way team, Elise worked in the public healthcare sector in Colac and Timboon. In these roles, she supported adults and older adults across the full continuum of care, often covering multiple practice settings simultaneously. These opportunities allowed Elise to gain a broad range of experience and develop strong skills in managing pressure care needs, prescribing equipment and home modifications, building capacity, providing group therapy, and supporting people through life transitions.
Â
Elise enjoys discovering what people value and find meaningful, and celebrating all successes: the big wins, the small wins, and everything in between! She is an efficient, versatile, and dynamic therapist who adopts a compassionate approach to her work.
Â
Outside of work, Elise spends her time indulging in her coffee and chocolate addiction, scrapbooking photos, and hanging out with her daughter and husband. She is also a huge fan of Christmas and never misses an opportunity to collect a new Christmas ornament when traveling!
